Shipping policy

Pick Up Info:
I do not have a shop front. I’m a home based business and I trade entirely online via the website. I do have a small home shop.

For security we do not allow random walk ups to purchase.

Pick-ups are welcome however orders must be placed ONLINE and PAID in full at the time of ordering.

Allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. You’ll be sent a message to let you know your order is ready for pick up, then we can organize a time for you to come by.

Shipping Info:
No-one likes having to pay shipping but unfortunately I can’t personally deliver so I use Australia Post and my postage costs are the same as they charge.

When do I ship?
I post Monday to Friday except on public holidays and you’ll receive tracking info in your account once I post the items.
Cost:
- Up to 500gm $9.00
- 501gm-3kg $14.00
- 3.001 kg – 5.0 kg $16.00
- 5.001 kg – 7.0 kg $25.00
- Pickup is free.

If you are shown a shipping price that appears excessive PLEASE let me know! Don’t bad mouth my shipping or accuse me of overcharging without first messaging me for a better quote. Give me the opportunity to find you a better price. Not all items are suitable to be packed in satchels. Candles for example, I bubble wrap, box then place in a satchel if that rate is cheaper.

Shipping during hot weather:
During warmer months I am very careful about shipping. If the weather here is forecast to be extremely hot I will hold off shipping until the next Monday. This way your parcel will not be on the move for 5 days and not sitting in a box over a hot weekend.
