Refund policy
Refunds and Returns:
I do not offer refunds as I only make to order, so its best to choose carefully before purchasing.
All items are checked for chips cracks and breakage before purchase. If you find your candle does have a chip/crack etc please make contact within 3 days and let me know. You will need to supply images of the damage.
For non candle items – all goods are checked before you leave so please take care not to damage them accidentally. If it’s been broken in transit you will need to work with us to obtain a replacement. You will need to send us photos of the damaged/broken item and where possible return to us.
Wax products will only be exchanged if deemed faulty.
A melt that is the wrong fragrance or not strong enough or to too strong for your liking is not deemed faulty so please choose carefully.
Once items have arrived safely to Wicks N Lotions & if they are deemed to be faulty after we’ve had the chance to test them you will be and a replacement where possible.
