PAYMENT INFO:
We offer several methods of payment to make life easier!
Cash, Bank Deposit, Debit or Credit Cards, PayPal & Afterpay

AFTERPAY: Buy now pay later. No interest and 4 fortnightly payments. New users must have the funds in their account to cover the first payment at the time of placing an order. Once you’ve had a few Afterpay orders your first payment will be 2 weeks from your purchase date. All payments are made directly to Afterpay not GCC. For any payment of account related enquiries you’ll need to deal with them direct.

We do not accept cheques or money orders.

Fundraising, Raffles, etc:
At Wicks N Lotions we are regularly approached by folks seeking donations for raffles, prizes, fundraisers and so on. Sadly we are not in a position to help you as we are only a small business.
We hope you understand why we do not donate to other causes. It’s just not possible to hand over goods to everyone who asks. Financially many small businesses just can’t do this.

Product Samples: We does not supply product samples free of charge.

Wholesale:
Wholesale Prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store/location or web site. We don’t have a set list of prices, we work with you and your business to decide what products are going to benefit you. It comes down to demographic, location, business size etc. You need to be specific when contacting us and outline “WHAT YOU WANT”.

Minimum Order Minimum order quantities apply. Not all items created by Wicks N Lotions. are available at wholesale prices. At this point wholesale is limited to soap, candles & wax products only. Minimum order on candles and melts is 50 pieces, minimum order on soaps is 50 or soap loaves is 10.

Orders Once approved for wholesale access you may place your order by sending a message via email or thru our online store. When making an enquiry please supply your FULL NAME, BUSINESS NAME, ABN & BUSINESS ADDRESS. No details will be given without this info.

Private Labelling:
Private label orders are subject to the same terms as “wholesale” clients with the exception that goods are supplied naked (without labels or packaging). You will be provided with ingredient lists where required and these must be included on your labelling along with any applicable warnings. Failure to include these on your products will result in your private label orders being cancelled. Quotes can be supplied for custom private labels upon request. All charges for custom private labels are the responsibility of the client.
