We dont offer refunds or returns as all our products are made to order.
Where do you post to?

We post all over Australia. Pickup is also welcome from Greenvale, Vic.
When will I get my order?

If you have ordered soaps in your order, your order will be posted in 4 weeks from the time of placing your order, as soaps takes 4 weeks to cure. The whole order will be posted together.

If you have ordered other items which dont unclude soaps, your order will be posted within 1-2 weeks.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made with locally sourced ingredients from other small businesses.
Do you sell white label?

Yes, we sell white label so you can put your own labels our products. We also make personalised labels for all our wholesale products as well.
